Booking and Appointment FAQs

PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT! Appointments can be scheduled below or by calling or texting 260-494-4043. We are often working with other clients and leaving us a detailed message is advised. We will return your call within 48 hours.
All new client appointments must be paid prior to session start. They can be prepaid on the website or at the desk when you arrive.
To book online and pay in office you may select "pay at time of service" on the booking website.
New client appointments REQUIRE a signed intake (sent to your email on file) prior to your session date and agreement to all of our policies and protocols. **No new clients will be taken without a signed intake and confirmation of the appointment prior to the session start.**
Rose and Lotus operates by appointment only and the door may be locked upon arrival.
Doors will be locked in between sessions and while therapists are in session. Trust you are in the right place if you are at 3927 Kraft Parkway Suite B.
We advise clients to arrive at their appointment no more than 15 minutes early. With an online intake process this is more than sufficient time to get you checked in and go over your intake and medical history.
We do not accept walk-ins and it is advisable to book in advance as our schedule does book up quickly!

Respect Massage Policy

We do not take solicitation lightly here at Rose and Lotus. Sexual solicitation is a crime! We offer therapeutic and swedish relaxation massage services as well as esthetician services. We do NOT partake in any sexual activity. Your session will be immediately terminated where sexual misconduct is implied, requested or suggested. Depending on the nature of misconduct you may be reported to the authorities and you will be flagged in our system and not welcome to return. You will receive no refund. Our massage therapists go through advanced training and are highly qualified in the field of massage with specialties in medical massage, oncology massage, sports massage and more. They have taken licensing that requires a complex understanding of anatomy, medical conditions, biomechanics and of the complexities of the muscular system. They have worked diligently for their education and deserve RESPECT as any other health practioner. #RESPECTMASSAGE

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
